Living in Bali, Indonesia can pose some challenges in terms of the longevity of a painting. Some seem to keep just fine, while others mysteriously start to grow mold, get eaten by insects, or warp in the warm climate. I’ve noticed that some colours respond to the tropic environment differently than others. This has been a learning curve for me and there are some paintings that have had a short but colourful lifespan. Luckily I have digital photos of these paintings and they have been made available for prints. Prints can be ordered from http://www.saatchiart.com.
